Thank You Helper

This is how Lilah helps me dust (in her arms is her dust rag).

More Eden Pictures

These were taking by my Aunt Kelly and Julie...she is such a doll. I just love her, and want to kiss and snuggle her always!

Naked

If you are a barbie or a doll at our house, chances are you are partially or entirely naked. Lilah does not like any of her dolls to have clothes on. And if we go to other peoples' houses, she doesn't want other dolls or babies to have clothes on either. She also doesn't like their hair to stay in the pretty braids, ponytails or buns. Those also have to come out so she can brush their hair and attempt her own ponytail until she makes a nasty, frizzy mess of the dolls hair. It makes me a little sad to see these cute dolls/babies/barbies end up in my child's hands.

Just Can't Help It

My daily pictures mostly consist of this sweet girl...she is just so cute!

I Like Your...

I was thinking I had to write this down somewhere so we don't forget. Lilah is in this stage where she is very complimentary, and tells everyone (even strangers) things she likes about them. She notices the smallest details and compliments people on them. Usually it's appropriate (I like your makeup, I like your hair, I like your shoes, I like your shirt). Sometimes it's totally random things (I like your waterbottle, I like your sandwich, to name a few). She is a crack up, even on the days that she is driving me totally nuts. :)

Easter Weekend

We had a family-filled Easter weekend. On Saturday and Sunday Lilah got to wear her pretty Easter dress - it really was the cutest I saw. She was sure she looked just like a princess. And I don't think the little girl has ever seen so much candy. Yikes. I am making Lance take some of it to work to get it away from chocolate monster #1 (that would be me, Lilah is a close #2). It was fun this year with her because she understood all the Easter fun stuff like the egg hunt, her basket, etc. Eden got to wear a cute little bunny outfit and officially turned 2 months today. We can't hardly believe that she is already 2 months old. Time is going way too fast, and I know before we know it her hair will be laying down (not sticking up everywhere) and she'll be talking and walking and be a little person.

The Easter basket from granny (much fancier than the one I put together)
Silly bunny glasses from granny

Eden and Lilah's Easter baskets (poor Eden - she only gets a stuffed bunny and empty eggs)

How more awesome can you get than princess rings and sticker earrings
"Look daddy!"

I love this one - a smile from Eden and I have no idea why Lilah did this silly face
Lilah and Samson at church....they are seriously the cutest!!!

Donut Saturday

Mike was in town for a short time this weekend so we had "donut Saturday" with the Muchlinskis. I think Lance probably liked this better than our usual "Shaana goes to the gym Saturday". I still did that later, but a pre-donut breakfast, accompanied by cheesy eggs, fruit and coffee is probably much better in his book. And, the Muchlinskis are always the best company.
